Grounds Maintenance Contract
We would like to invite you to submit a fully costed proposal for our Grounds Maintenance Contract from 1/4/2020. The initial contract will be for a period of 3 years with the possibility of an extension for an additional 2 years. The proposal should include:
· how you will undertake the work described in the specification,
· response times for adhoc requirements
· where the contract will be managed from
· costed per annum for each year
· describe all your H&S accreditation and legislation you are required to comply with.

All submissions must be addressed to Paul Heap, Premises Manager and be returned by Friday 17th January. All submissions will be considered on both price and quality.
